What are iDine® Deals?
iDine Deals are huge dining deals — 50% off or more — at restaurants all over your city. They're a great way to try new places and take a huge bite out of your city.
How do I get today's iDine Deal?
Just click the "BUY" button and fill out your credit or debit card information. But act fast — the iDine Deals are only available until midnight Central Time* and only while supplies last. Any iDine Deal you buy will be emailed to you in the form of a printable certificate.
How do I use it?
The certificate will be valid for use beginning the day after you purchase it. (That gives me a chance to let them know you're coming.) Each certificate has its own expiration date, which varies per deal, so make sure you check. Print out the certificate from your email and take it to the establishment. It's a good idea to save the email until you use the certificate, in case you lose your printed copy. Let the establishment know you have the certificate, and remember that tax and tip are not included. (Oh, and tip your waiter based on the full, pre-deal price. Those trays of food don't get any lighter just because you're paying less!)
Do I need to use my certificate the same day I purchase it?
Nope. In fact, it's the other way around. Your certificate will be valid for use beginning the day after you purchase it. Deals will vary, but each one will have an expiration date. Read the details of each iDine Deal before you buy, and keep track of the expiration dates to ensure that you use it in time. But no — you'll never have to use it the same day you buy it.
Can the iDine Deal run out?
It sure can. There's a limited number available on any given day, so if you want it, snatch it up.
Can I buy the iDine Deal as a gift for someone else?
Sure! The best way to do that is to forward your friend the email containing your certificate. Or, you can print it out and hand it over to them. (Just keep an electronic version somewhere, in case your friend loses track of it.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards.
Is my credit or debit card information safe?
Definitely. We take your security very seriously and utilize 128-Bit SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card information is secure.
What if my certificate expires?
The restaurant is only required to honor the certificate until the expiration date, so yours may lose all its value after that date has passed. Use it while you can!
What if the dining spot closes up shop before I use my certificate?
Just ask us before the certificate's expiration date, and we will send you a refund!
When do I get my certificate?
It should arrive in your email inbox within about 30 minutes of your purchasing the iDine Deal online.
When is my card charged?
Your credit or debt card will be charged as soon as you click the "Purchase This Deal" button.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, please contact our support team here: clevelanddiners@idine.com You may cancel your order for up to a week after your purchase.
What will show up on my statement?
Your credit card statement will show a purchase for the deal price listed next to "Artistic Hub/Deal Current" because they are the technology provider for our daily deal program.
